Yellow Villa is a place where children and young people can come together and experience and create life changing projects. It is a place where children and young people can actively engage in fun and creative projects, learn about a different culture and acquire life-changing skills that are not available in their current educational setting.
For children and youth aged 3 to 16 years – regardless of their cultural, religious and social background, will experience creative and educational programs designed in the frame of children’s participatory rights. They will deepen the awareness, self-confidence, social understanding.
At the heart of all the projects, we will stress on skill-sets and opportunity for children and young people who are living in a disadvantaged position in society. They will gain, through diverse activities and connections, skills they could apply in their lives, a real-world knowledge that could help to realize their potential to improve the world around them.
Not Every child has the same opportunity to learn and to thrive. We want to find a solution where children living in a socially disadvantaged area can find opportunities and be able to develop their future to be a relevant social member.
We are creating with our partners a cultural place for children who wants to create right connections and eager to learn relevant skills. Our approach is to bring creative projects with real relevant skill-sets to children and youth through engaging professionals who could offer a cutting edge knowledge.
We want to start this early age, by offering morning programs to kindergarten children with diverse creative programs and in the afternoon, with a a range of creative and innovative projects and workshops to primary and secondary students.
By providing a place and innovative projects for children and youth from disadvantaged environments, we can bridge the division in their learning system and instil a place, the awareness, and understanding of children’s rights and social justice. We aim to empower them with real life changing experience so they could make a difference in their communities and the world around them.
